My main interests are the treatment of the enlarged prostate, cancer prevention and quality of life after surgical treatment of urological cancer. In addition, I underwent sub-specialty training in andrology, medical cancer treatment and genetic counseling, certified by the Berlin medical association.

As an experienced urooncologist I’m familiar with the specific needs of cancer patients. In the serene atmosphere of our private practice at Rüdesheimer Platz, I provide holistic and tailor made therapeutic concepts to my patients.

Yvonne Beister

I completed my training as a physician’s assistant in 1990 and then worked for almost 3 years in the training practice for general medicine. After that, I moved to gynecology, where I worked for a total of 28 years in three different medical practices in Berlin, in a managerial position.
My great passion is “Italy”-land, people, food and drink, music and walks in nature.

I have many years of experience in patient care, practice management and assistance in various examinations and minor procedures. For personal concerns and further advice, please feel free to contact me at any time.

I knew early on that I would enjoy working with people. In 2016, I completed my training in a general medical family practice, where I was able to learn many basics for my further career. Subsequently, experience in the fields of neurology and dermatology was added. The change to urology opened up a new interesting field of work and showed me how comprehensive and varied this specialty is. For several years now I have been working in the team of the practice and I am happy to learn new things every day.

I also enjoy traveling and love good food.
